Dinner with His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Paulose II and His Grace Zachariah Mar Nicholovos
His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Paulose II and His Grace Zachariah Mar Nicholovos hosted the Malankara students from St. Vladimir’s and St Tikhon’s Seminary at the Diocesan Chancery for prayer and fellowship.
Following Evening Prayer, His Holiness offered counsel on how to tackle issues facing the Orthodox Church today, in particular, the trend of secularism in the world today. His Holiness shared personal experiences of his route to seminary and how he grew in the Church despite various struggles. Thirumeni also took time to answer any questions that the seminarians had.
Following dinner, the Seminarians gifted His Holiness with an icon of Christ and expressed gratitude to Thirumeni for setting aside time in his busy schedule. The Seminarians also gifted His Grace with an icon of the Theotokos in honor of the 25th year of his Episcopacy.

We would also like to thank Rev. Fr. Jiss Johnson, Rev. Fr. Abraham (Abey) George, Rev. Dn. Daniel (Dennis) Mathai, and Rev. Dn. Thomas (Shawn) Thomas for all their help in preparing the Aramana for our visit.
