Who are these NEW guys?

The 2018-2019 Academic year began on September 4th, 2018. This year's incoming class has a total of eighteen students out of which two are from the Northeast and one is from the Southwest Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church. We look forward to this upcoming year as we begin this new journey! Please keep us in your prayers! 

Seminarians of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church studying at St. Tikhon's Orthodox Theological Seminary are as follows:

Roby Antony, 1st year M. Div. - Northeast American Diocese 
-Roby is from Floral Park, NY and is a member of St. Gregorios Orthodox Church, Floral Park, NY. He completed his graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusets College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He also worked at Columbia Hospital as a Physician Assistant for many years. He has no nickname. 

Predeep Chacko, 1st year M. Div. - Northeast American Diocese 
-Predeep is from Philadelphia, PA. Predeep is a member of St. Thomas Orthodox Church, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his Bachelors in Finance from Temple University. His nickname is Pre. 

Melvin Geevarghese Mathai, 1st year M. Div. - Diocese of Southwest America
-Melvin Mathai is from Miami, FL. Melvin is a member of St. Gregorios Orthodox Church of India, South Florida. He completed his Bachelors in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University. His nickname is Appachen.

Shojil Abraham, 1st year M. Div. - Northeast American Diocese

-Shojil is from Long Island, NY and is a member of St. Thomas Orthodox Church, Long Island. He completed his Bachelors in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury and an MBA in Finance from Stony Brook University. His nickname is Shoj.
