Southeast Region Parish Mission

During April 18-29, 2008, four of us (Dn. Daniel, Chris, Abey, & Diju) were blessed to visit the Southeast Region for the very first time. Beginning in Atlanta and ending in Ft. Lauderdale, we were so amazed by the Southern warmth, love, and hospitality. Below is a schedule of our visit to the Southeast and a few selected pictures.

April 21-22
Campus visits to Georgia Tech Univeristy & University of Florida, Gainesville

Wednesday, April 23rd
Fun Day at Universal Studios & Islands of Adevnture, Orlando, FL

Thursday, April 24th
Evening Prayer and Fellowship at St. Gregorios Orthodox Church, Tampa

Friday, April 25th
Youth Fellowship in South Florida at Shirley Aunty's House

Saturday, April 26th
MGOCSM Conference at St. Thomas Orthodox Church, Ft. Lauderdale

Sunday, April 27th
Holy Qurbana at St. Thomas & St. Gregorios Churches in South Florida followed by youth fellowship and house visits

It was such a great experience to meet new people and build new relations with the Achens, parents, and youth of the Southeast. We are forever grateful for their love and support.
